Is that the trick of lowering down the fuel pressure? Can that be done on a stock regulator or will he need to have an aftermarket adjustable fuel regulator installed? Is the oem regulator adjustable?
Have you actually seen a turbo owner do this, or are you just getting that suggestion from the lad on my emissions thread on this forum?
Aftermarket seen someone mention on here about it - think it was Splaa?
Basically grab an adjustable fuel pressure reg on ebay, etc- arrive and NCT centre and turn it down til the point it almost cuts out.
Pass NCT and put back to normal -> Profit
