The Camry v6 is now up and running, here's a quick vid of the second time I turned the key (the little rattle in the 1st part of the clip is now fixed, it was the clutch cable runing on a heat shield):

There's always something about replicas that looks cheap. I'm not sure if it's the body lines, paint or what. That said, I'm a big fan of replicas - stylish exotic look, with the easy maintenance and reliabilty of a better chassis. Welcome aboard man.

I like Pininfarina designs, so love the shape of mine, add the MR2 as a drivers car, plus that V6 and it floats my boat. Mr2 a very underestimated car- it rocks!

Another clip for you (the resolution isn't great but the soundtrack is fine)

Waiting for the right place and moment for a clip of it on the road

I totally agree with you Brian, that's a great soundtrack.

I also like the clean engine bay and the carbon on the engine cover, nice touch.

Here you are, a clip of what its like to drive. Please excuse the frame size, seems to have been squashed widthways during file conversion, my car is a couple of inches wider than a stock F355 actually:

@ Brian: Any thoughts or any sort of advise. Is it worth to buy one of these.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Cynosure,

I'll send you a separate message. These are seriouly good fun. I run a Facebook private group for F355 replicas, all the experts are on there, they know every kit on the market, and how to overcome any challenges. In IE insurance is now easy with AXA classic car policy which will cover it. NCT people can get funny and picky, but as long as you do a good job you'll be ok. Its far cheaper to buy one of these than build one nowadays, some great ones for sale right now (BAD kits are the best, by the way). I'm in Co Clare and you're welcome to pop over (I will show you how good they are)
