..hi i just bought an apexi airflow meter and im not too sure how to wire it up properly..i would greatly appreciate any advice on wires and where to splice them in..ive never used one of these before so im not too sure on how to proceed!!..ive done so much work to my little jap import mr2 and i just gotta get this meter in too..thanks!!

I have fitted an SAFC to our 2 but not the SAFC 2, cant see there being much difference. I had to extend the wires from the unit to reach into the boot and connected the wires at the ecu. All the wires you need are there and you have a bit of room to work as well. I ran the extension wire along with the loom that passes from the cabin behind the passenger seat to the engine bay, below the fuse box and into the boot to the ecu.

..right i got it all wired as far as the ecu but im not too sure where to steal the power from..straight off the ign power wire feeding the ecu or is there a better place to take power.and it says the airflow interceptor wired are white and yellow.but other sites say its orange and pink..the apexi manual is a bit vague

White and yellow, white to the engine side loom and yellow to the ecu side.
