They are plug and play just make sure you get the right revision as there are differences in them mr2 Ben would be a good place to start

capacitors are burnt out.. engine is idling overa 1,000 revs and god kns what else will packup.. lad on Facebook page just offered me one for free..very generous of him hes on here too im sure Tristan Murphy. . but i dont kn his nick name on here hopefully it will work for me other wise ill have part out the 2.. and get another one

I think you can just switch in replacement capicitators, assuming no other damage was done.

and sourcing a used replacement shouldn't be a problem they turn up all the time!

Greg what rev is your car and is it a turbo or non turbo ? You wont have to part the car out there are plenty of ecu's out there, i have a spare rev2 turbo ecu there
