After all my gum flapping at the dyno day thought i should put this up!

Warm up lap is a boring but the rest is ok. Wait till the end, my mate has a spin at the worst time (3 cars behind him) right on his first lap.

It also shows that the car wasn't missing the day before the dyno! Speaking of which was cured.

Nice vid Doc +1, I see you gave the Porche's a bit of a pantsing maybe get some RainX on to that windscreen so you don't have to worry about working the wipers..

what was causing the missing then?

Your mates spin looked a bit hairy alright

If you're suffering from lag, you're either in the wrong gear or the wrong car!

I cant be certain but i suspected the fuel i bought from the garage next to TDP was pants (i have never put anything but e5 in my car but tank was dry and no Maxols nearby) SO I reckon being the only thing changed on the car was fuel it must be that. Other than that i checked plugs and dizzy and both were fine! One way or another she's healed

P.S that wasnt the worst spin, he did another earlier in the day at turn 2 in front of a McLaren SLR

Excellent video, your were pushing on well. Must get my ass down there for a run, I will follow you if I can keep up. Pity about the undertray cutting the run short on you.

Was that one of the instructor's or a mate in with you.

Looking forward to seeing the next video.

Interesting, I only ever use Maxol E5 in my car too, but a few people were dissing it at the Dyno day!

Nice video Dave, Interesting to see so few gear changes for Mondello track to keep within power band
looks like great fun though; nice power trip down, coming out of Dunlop with that Porsche

He must have been pushing very hard to spin in turn two, or else went in very deep n got on the brakes?

Ive a few more vids but they wernt that interesting. It was a mate in the car with me. Would love to see a few Mr2's out there. We should defo set a day up but its very dear so we'd prob have to go in with another club. Would be interesting seeing u out there seeing as u used to do the sidecars u mad b£$%^$d.

Tony ideally i'd use second for most corners (particularly turn 2+6+7) but i had no grip on the rear so thought i'd be quicker exiting corners in third and not light up the rears. New tires to be ordered!

It was early in the session so there was still a wet line. Combined with solid suspension and bumpy road and bad tires and a first timer you got spin baby!!!

It was €300 split between the two of us. Not cheap but that is the most expensive one on the calender. Its usually 180 + fuel for national or 220 + fuel for international but like i said if u can get a second driver for your car u split the cost. All depends on what club u go out with really and how many are confirmed for the day.
