Here's my pics in a slideshow, (as usual) I was disappointed at the begining about the gazeebos and the wind preventing us having all our info and posters etc displayed but it was an absolutely fantasic turnout and im sure everyone is relaxing at home now with a touch of sunburn, some fantasic cars there and was driving home nice and happy after helping out such a good charity but more happy that we were all a part of the brilliant show

Fair play Dave, and to all the doubters, take a look at 1:08 - see woodgrain wheels can be cool!

KC for the hard work Dave and KC for Swagger for dropping cards with the other MR2's at the show.

Hi All,

I just want to say a big thank you from the MR2 forum, It was an absolutely fantastic day and a great turnout, I believe we all have a slight touch of sunburn, all the feeback we got from visitors, family and friends was that it was a really amazing set up. You should all be very proud of yourselves for for the time, effort and orgainising that went into the show and for choosing such a worthy charity.

Again thanks very much for allowing us to be part of such a wonderful day, I've attached a link below to a slideshow I made up to show on our site and hope you enjoy it.

Kind Regards,

Dave

Dave,

Many thanks your email, it is great to get feedback from our fellow Car Clubs / MR2 Club,
it makes all our efforts and hard work setting up the car Show worthwhile.

Thanks also for the link to the slideshow, which we will forward to all our IJDC Members.

Hope to see you again next year.

Kind regards

Ken

Good work Dave, gave that KC there now.

@Quandry, cheers!

Oh and yes, wooden wheels were cool, back in 1914!
Back then, there were no tyres, so even the actual wheels were wooden, so it all went together well, although a little bumpy!

Good idea to get on the good side of the organisers.

So, when we ask next year for a wind-shielded location, we'll be sorted

haha true Rob.

The wind yesterday was unbelievable. Haven't been out much today but I don't think it's anything like it was yesterday?

wow what poor luck for the day that was in it..

Its lovely in Kildare anyway, very still. Very unlucky that we didnt get this yesterday, would have been amazing for our planned set up. My face, neck and arms are raw, really sore....oops!
