Soooo one day i was driving and noticed the turbo spool was getting louder than it used to be so i thought it must be a boost leak, i didnt want to pay 20yoyo for a boost leak tester so i thought of making one and it actually worked without problems....

I cut off a small section of an intake pipe which i had lying around

drilled a hole in the side of it for the valve

Found a cap from a can of spray fit perfectly into one end of the pipe and glued in with silicone, it was a tight fit so i ended up breaking one cap good thing i had another one.

Some finishing touches... tape just covered the silicone,

And it fit on like so....

After the test i found out some hoses were leaking but tightning them sorted that problem except for the blitz dumpvalve with a metal piston, anyone have any ideas on how to fix them or will i have to buy another dumpvalve???

The dump valve may just need pressure on the vacuum line to it.

Nope defo not that because i tightened the adjustment screw on it all the way in and took it for a quick drive and heard the compressor surge so the dumpvalve was defo staying closed....
