you will need a manual boost controller to adjust boost and a boost gauge to see what boost youre at.
Dont go over .9bar and watch out for overboost.
if car suddenly loses power under hard acceleration thats fuel cut just turn car off and on again if she starts acting up,
if that dosent work just disconnect battery.

Rev2 turbo ecu pulls timing when it detects any knock slowing the car down. On a track car extra heat makes this inevitable unless your side mount inter warmer is upgraded. So if it's a standard car it's gonna be just as quick on track on standard boost.

I ran a rev2 turbo for a while on a pre programmed aftermarket ecu(like a blitz one) and it fuelled nicely at a bar boost with no issues. But if I'd run it on track it would have needed an upgraded intercooler and a few other things to be confident of it being reliable.

We ran a non turbo for ages at kirkistown with no issues while a couple of other blokes ran a rev2 turbo one and never got one full day due to issues. Make sure everything is peachy before you bring it.

Just my experience, plenty of turbo owners here have tracked theirs with success. I just think it takes a load more setup than a non turbo.
